My client wanted to use her basement only for laundry and ironing. In prior years it had been a play room, tool shop, and storage area for anything and everything the family needed a place for. She could not stand the mess any longer!

My work included taking three truck loads of items for donations and bagging items for three large trash pickups. I removed old plywood, steel and plastic pipe and many old warped plastic shelving units. I cut down a 3' x 10'x 1/4" plate glass window which had been broken years before and was left in the basement behind shelving. I cut up old boxes and bundled them for recycling.

My client was very pleased with the work and is now happy to use her basement again! This job took five days to complete.
