This attic was a disaster after
a new roof had been put on the house. Pieces of old roofing, wood lath, wood splinters, dust & dirt had covered everything
in the attic. The roofers had placed plastic sheeting over a few areas, but everthing was still a mess.

This house had been built in the 1930's and over time the roof
beams had been covered with spider webs. My first duty was to sweep the old beams clean. Next, I swept up debris which was
easily accessible so that I could more easily maneuver in the space. I relocated like items together, cleaning as I worked.
I placed all the nice old antique items together, in the process finding a beautiful wooden wall phone which had been forgotten
in the back of the attic. There were sections of the floor where boards were missing - I re floored those areas to gain floor
storage space, then moved belongings back onto the new flooring.
This was a
quick 2 day job. My client says she has shown the newly finished attic to friends and family - all are amazed at the changes!
